Populated GHAPI with some Raft like methods.

• IsCurrentSceneMainMenu()
• IsCurrentSceneGame()
• GetLocalPlayer()

Added "heal" command that heals your player, useful for testing. Added "fullscreenMode" command that allows you to quickly change the full screen mode. Added "settimescale" command that allows you to speed up or slow down the entire game.

Removed many game warnings & debug messages from the console to reduce spam.
