What does this mod do?

Simply put - Allows you to lift more heavy objects. By default it uses a multiplier of 2x more heavy objects than normal.

Can I change the multiplier?

Yes, you can! Simply press F10 and type "LHO #" (where # represents the value you want to use. I've hardcoded it to accept any value above 0.1 BUT BE WARNED ANY VALUE OVER 2 CAN CAUSE WEIRD PHYSICS WHEN YOU DROP ITEMS AND THEY CAN CRUSH/KILL YOU Ask me how I know…LOL
