Mod introduction

Have you been bothered by sticks and rocks constantly spawning in your base? You're trying to keep things neat and organized, and now there is a rock on your bed for some reason! This mod tries to address these issues by preventing fallen objects spawning in your base.

How it works

In Green Hell, 'fallen objects' such as sticks and stones can spawn everywhere. This mod makes sure that those fallen objects can not spawn close to a fireplace. This can be a campfire, but it also works for the mud fireside wall for example. In my experience, a base always has a fireplace, and this is also a quick and simple check for the game to perform, which means this mod will not affect the game performance at all. If anything, it might improve it because there is less clutter to be rendered in the area!

How to use

When you enable this mod, you can basically start playing immediately. The spawn radius will be set to 30 meters by default, which is the sweet spot in my opinion.

You can edit this radius by opening the console with F10 and typing the following command: setfallenspawnradius <radius>, for example: setfallenspawnradius 30

To clarify, a radius of 30 means that fallen items will not spawn if they are within 30 meters of a fireplace.
